Nigerian rapper Panshak Zamani, aka Ice Prince, says he wishes he could quit smoking.
The Plateau-born artist stated that his knowledge of how to roll cannabis made it difficult to give up the habit..
Ice Prince said he regrets learning how to roll cannabis. He further explained that if he didn’t know, he would have been a moderate smoker or probably wouldn’t smoke at all.

In a recent episode of the Konnected Minds podcast, the Oleku superstar said,

“One of the things that I wish I could unlearn is how to roll cannabis. I wish I had never learned that because if I hadn’t learned it, I would probably smoke with a bit of moderation or not even smoke.
“But because I know how to roll, I smoke whenever I wake or in the studio. I don’t let anyone roll cannabis for me. Don’t do drugs, I don’t mix cannabis with any crazy stuff. I wish I had never learn how to roll.”

Nollywood star actress Chioma Akpotha is overwhelmed with joy at her win at the 11th Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) 2025.
Chioma Akpotha clinched the award for Best Lead Actress for her role as Amaka in the Netflix series Seven Doors.
Akpotha took to her Instagram page to celebrate with tears of joy.
She defeated Gbubemi Ejeye for her role in “Farmer’s Bride,” Uzoamaka Onuoha for “Agemo,” Uche Montana for “Thin Line,”. The other ladies in the category are Uzoamaka Aniunoh for “Phoenix Fury,” Hilda Dokubo for “Wives on Strike 3,” and Bimbo Ademoye for “Anikulapo: Rise of the Spectre.”
Seven Doors took home three awards at the event. Femi Adebayo won Best Lead Actor. The series also won Best Music/Score.
